Joanna Milton joins unity*dc
We're pleased to welcome Joanna Milton to the team. Joanna brings extensive experience in marketing programmes featuring advertising, branding and relationship marketing. Joanna will be managing content editorial for ongoing programmes and will be planning new programmes for clients.
Joanna worked for British Airways in both the Relationship Marketing and Marketing Communications teams. She was responsible for communications to all UK Frequent Flyers within the Executive Club as well as Executive Secretaries and Skyflyers (young flyers). She is adept at using complex segmentations to ensure that each audience member receives content that is relevant to them as an individual. She also ran the well-known campaigns "Worlds Biggest Offer" and "Dream Ticket". Within the Marketing Communications team, Joanna managed UK Brand advertising across press, outdoor, ambient and new media.
She has also worked with John Lewis on their marketing material. Joanna is studying for an MA in Psychodynamic Counselling, and ran the London Marathon this year in 4h 30m.
