We are a small team of people who care about producing great digital communications. Here are some things that are central to our work.
The best digital communications work naturally for people
Our methodology considers people first, then design and technology second. We start with your business objectives and study your audience and what you're doing in other marketing. We use our research to recommend what the site should do for your visitors and and how it can support your marketing effort. Only then do we start designing and engineering your site. That way our work supports the natural communications flow rather than dictating a new one.
You get more from a transparent agency relationship
We believe in clear pricing and we will always tell you up front what your project is going to cost. If things change during a project we promise to estimate any extras and seek your approval before we start work on them. It’s important to us that you’re involved throughout the project and we give you access to our project platform so you can see exactly what is going on at any time, from anywhere in the world. We believe that the experience for you as a client working with us is just as important as for the visitors on your website.
Great clients and great agencies make great websites
We’re quite picky about who we work with – as I’m sure you are too. We’re not the cheapest and we’re not the biggest. We set out to be the friendliest agency to work at and this depends a lot on having good relationships with great clients. This gives us a particular way of working that doesn’t suit some clients but it makes work much more rewarding for us all. When you start working with us we give you a Welcome Book which describes how we’ll work together.
The crown jewels – unlocked for you
We have an impressive array of tools and modules that we can use to build a communications solution for you. Things like content management systems, membership programmes, knowledge bases and other advanced stuff that we’ve spent many man-months perfecting. For most agencies these are their crown jewels and if you use them clients are often locked into using that agency and there may even be a hefty licence fee. We don’t think that’s fair. With us you receive a perpetual licence and all the manuals for all the modules we use in your website – we want you to stay with us because you like working with us and not because you’re locked into a licence.
